Black Pearl Custom Painting will strive to respond to or acknowledge your inquiry within one business day. We do occasionally perform work outside of the San Antonio market. We have had a few instances where we have been unable to communicate with our customers due to poor wi-fi signal strength or lack of cellular coverage. Should you feel that we have not responded to your inquiry in a reasonable amount of time, please use the contact form tab. We will contact you as soon practically possible.

At Black Pearl Custom Painting our payment policy is simple and straight-forward:

* No Money Collected From You… Until All The Work Is Through!

*In order to qualify for our “no money collected from you… until all the work is through!” policy, the home where the project is being conducted must be occupied by the homeowner or there should be an anticipated move in date. We do reserve the right to require a deposit prior to beginning work when and if we deem it necessary.

Payment is due in full at the time and date the work is completed on your project. We gladly accept, cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PAYPAL.

We guarantee our products

Black Pearl Custom Painting promises to deliver a high-quality finished product in good condition inside or outside of your home. **All of our completed products carry a one year warranty against defects due to workmanship and/or product failure from the date your project is completed. Please refer to the “due date” on the invoice you received in an email. This “due date” is the official warranty start date for your project. After your warranty has been in effect for thirty days, we reserve the right to charge a one-time per occurrence trip charge up to a maximum of $50.00 regardless of the number of trips required to remedy the specific warranty issue. This warranty is non- transferrable. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

**This warranty does not cover intentional acts of destruction or repair to surfaces caused by other trades or persons, unless specifically agreed to in writing by both parties prior to commencement of the project. This warranty does not cover damage to decks, fences, arbors, pergolas, or any exterior finish or product provided by Black Pearl Custom Painting caused by sprinkler systems, weed eaters, or pets. This warranty does not cover damage to decks, fences, arbors, pergolas, or any exterior finish or product provided by Black Pearl Custom Painting caused by wind, rain, hail, tornado, or any other act of god not mentioned herein.

Warranty period for hardwoods is 6 months.

At Black Pearl Custom Painting we ensure that you do not have to worry about lifting a finger, unless you want to! We will personally empty the project work areas to be painted with the utmost care, packaging fragile objects and doing all of the heavy lifting for you. We will do everything in our power to ensure that we leave your home as beautiful as we found it when we first arrived to start your project. Additionally, you can rest assured that your floors and carpets will be well protected at all times. However, Black Pearl Custom Painting is not responsible or liable for damage that may occur to personal items, plants or grass or anything not mentioned herein before, after, and during the course of the project. We do recommend that the customer personally handle valuable antiques or any item that is irreplaceable.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask your name, address, and email address so that we can administer the contest and notify winners. We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes at Black Pearl Custom Painting or special offers we think you may find valuable. At our discretion, we may post pictures of completed projects on our website for use to display the quality of our work. We will never release any information related to these pictures that is specific to the project that will violate the privacy of our customers.
